Goats, all

On the timeline of Israel’s history, when viewed from some vantage point in the future (some, including me, would strongly argue from this point right now), “progressivism” as led by the nations we used to bundle together as “Christian civilisation” will be understood to have been as dangerous an enemy to Israel as any of the myriad forces, going back to Pharaoh and Amalek, that have sought to end Israel’s Divine calling, either by physically annihilating the Jews and/or by spiritually leading them astray.

Indeed, if it gets its way (which it won’t, but what a fight this is to oppose it!) 21st century progressivism would both spiritually and physically erase the seed of Abraham from our world.

In this light, as they with dogged, insistent determination despite all the evidence that it is wrong, unlawful, cowardly, stand hand in hand behind the “two state solution” that would rob Israel if it’s land and endanger its existence, the United States, Europe, South Africa, Australia etc can be herded together into the same pen marked “Enemies of Israel” as the never-Christian nations of China, Russia, Iran, Turkey etc.

And if we Christians think that praying is all we have to do to stand against this hellish agenda, we cannot be more wrong, or more useless. The fire that our governments are trying to burn Israel with is already eating around the edges of our nations, and will consume them. What are we, you and I, going to do about it?

  1. Six Million and One
    By Mary Carol McGlone

    I wish that I could turn back the cruel hands of time…
    and undo all the evil that was done
    If I were there back then, would it today be said –
    gone are six million and one
    Or would I have stood by, as so many did, and watched on as
    One by one you walked that death determined path
    Would I have remained coldly silent
    with no protest to your very last
    Watching on while mothers futilely comfort
    their unknowing little ones
    Or would they be able to say today –
    gone are six million and one

    No, I wasn’t there back then…
    and I will never know what I would have done
    But Israel, I am here today…
    even though I am only one
    I won’t with heartless indifference watch on
    as your enemies plan your demise
    I won’t remain silent while the nations
    AGAIN refuse to hear your cries
    Today I must prove to myself just what I would have done
    So today, I will lift up my heart, hands and voice,
    Even though I am only one

    ~~~~
    I will bless those who bless you and
    I will curse those who curse you
    – The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob —
    In as ye have done these things unto the least of these my brethren
    ye have done it unto me
    – The Son of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and King David — Jesus
